Class Terms & Friendly Guidelines 🌿

I’m so looking forward to welcoming you to class! To keep everything running smoothly and safely for everyone, please take a moment to read the following:

Block Bookings (6-Week Pass)

  • Your 6-class pass runs over a 6-week block.

  • Block bookings are non-refundable.

  • If you can’t make a class, you’re very welcome to transfer to another class I teach within the same week (subject to space availability).

  • Classes can’t be carried over beyond the 6-week block.

Arriving to Class

  • Classes begin on time, so please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in.

  • The breathwork and warm-up are an important part of the practice, so please make sure you don’t miss them. They help prepare your body and mind safely for the session.

Health & Wellbeing

  • A health questionnaire must be completed before your first class. Click here.

  • Please let me know about any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to your health so I can support you appropriately.

  • Always work at your own pace and listen to your body.

Phones

  • To keep the space calm and peaceful, please switch mobile phones off or to silent before class begins.

Payment

  • Payment can be made online before class, or

  • By cash or bank transfer on the evening of class.

  • Your space is confirmed once payment has been received.
