About me.
Hi - I’m Kate or Katrina! I’ll answer to both.
Yoga has been at the heart of my life for over 20 years. For the past decade, I’ve also worked as a coach and hypnotherapist, supporting others through deep inner change and healing. My love for yoga comes from its ability to guide us on a profound spiritual journey—one that connects breath, body, mind, and soul.
In 2022, I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer, and it was my yoga practice that carried me through one of the most challenging chapters of my life. Through breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement, yoga became not just a practice, but a lifeline—offering strength, resilience, and deep inner peace.
Now, I’m passionate about sharing this transformative practice with others. My intention is to create supportive, compassionate spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, find balance, and discover the healing power of breath, meditation, and movement—on and off the mat.
Join me with a breath, a pause, a pose - connecting mind, body and letting go.

“I can’t wait for Monday……..”
“I’ve been going to Katrina’s yoga class once a week, and it’s made such a difference for me. My back pain has improved so much — as a hairdresser, I’m on my feet all day and often end up in awkward positions, so this has been a real game changer. Beyond the physical benefits, it’s also helped me decompress mentally. It’s truly a win-win, especially for someone like me who’s new to yoga. I’m so grateful for Katrina’s classes!”

“The sessions with Kate are varied and challenging. Kate sets up the hall with considered thought which I find beneficial to remain focused in the room rather than wandering off somewhere else. The practice is mixed ability - I say this as someone who isn't naturally bendy. It's particularly useful for runners who want to maintain their fitness in all areas of physical activity which is so helpful. Come and try it.”

“I’ve been going to Katrina’s classes now for over 1 year. Over that time I’ve seen her transform into a truly wonderful teacher with a very calming voice and welcoming nature.
I myself have progressed massively under her guidance and found myself in positions I never before thought possible. Would highly recommend to anyone who would like to better their self both mentally and physically. #KLYoga4Life”
