Hi - I’m Kate or Katrina! I’ll answer to both. 😉

Thank you for visiting my online space and being curious to find out more. I’m happy you’re here.

I have over 20 years of personal Yoga practice, 10 years personal coaching and hypnotherapy practice and a passion for learning and guiding others.

In 2022 I was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer and life took a turn. I am grateful in the knowledge that the cancer was removed, my bowel was reformed and life can carry on. Through my yoga practice with breathwork, meditation and the odd asana I got through those dark days. I am now thriving - not just surviving 🤞🏼 and following my dream of teaching a practice that I love.
