Welcome to Katrina Louise Yoga — a warm, supportive space for every body to move, breathe, and connect. I offer inclusive, relaxed, and uplifting yoga classes designed to meet you exactly where you are. My teaching is grounded in joy, mindfulness, and a deep belief that movement should feel good.

Alongside weekly classes, I specialise in Yoga4Runners and Mindful Running, as well as Yoga for Seniors, Meditation, and gentle heart-led coaching. I also host seasonal Yoga Retreats and Running Retreats for those seeking deeper rest, reflection, and community.

We practice locally in Bourne End, Cookham and Beaconsfield —a nourishing way to begin your week and settle into your body and breath. Spiritual, thoughtful, and from the heart — this is yoga that supports your life, your wellbeing, and your whole self.
